Our School Offerings

1.)Kids Intro Session

Who: Students
Length: 30–45 minutes

An engaging introduction to self-regulation tools that helps students:

  • Learn calming and focusing strategies

  • Build shared language around emotions

  • Experience R3 tools firsthand

2.)Teacher Professional Development

Who: Teachers, staff, administrators
Length: 60 minutes

Educators learn:

  • Nervous system regulation basics

  • Practical classroom tools

  • Strategies that support both students and educator well-being

3.)Training Liaison & Implementation Support

Who: Educators implementing R3

Includes:

  • 2-hour in-person training

  • 8 weeks of guided support

  • Weekly tools, videos, and implementation prompts

Designed to teach the trainer to confidently teach R3 practices to students.

4.) 6-8 Week Student Program

Who: Students (classroom or small group)
Length: Morning practice for 6-8 weeks

A deeper learning experience that builds:

  • Emotional regulation and resilience

  • Consistent routines

  • Stronger classroom relationships

5.) Ongoing R3 Support

  • Annual check-ins and updated trainings
    Help schools sustain and strengthen R3 practices over time.
