Program Components
1️⃣ Foundational Class – In-Person (K–8)
Participants: Students, caregivers, and teachers
Format: 45-minute session per grade or classroom (20–100 participants)
Focus: Mindfulness, breathing, and movement techniques
Teacher Support: Learn to integrate “self-regulation pauses” throughout the day
Caregiver Options:
Join the in-person session
Or complete a 1-hour online course to practice at home
