Program Components

1️⃣ Foundational Class – In-Person (K–8)

  • Participants: Students, caregivers, and teachers

  • Format: 45-minute session per grade or classroom (20–100 participants)

  • Focus: Mindfulness, breathing, and movement techniques

  • Teacher Support: Learn to integrate “self-regulation pauses” throughout the day

  • Caregiver Options:

    • Join the in-person session

    • Or complete a 1-hour online course to practice at home

What is R³?

R³ employs evidence-based techniques from psychology and occupational therapy, including:

  • 🤸 Movement & mindful activity

  • EFT tapping

  • 🌌 Guided imagery

  • 🧠 Mindfulness practices

2️⃣ Daily Integration –

Ongoing Practice Options

Option A – Six-Week Series (In-Person)

  • Ten-minute sessions before school

  • Students, teachers, and caregivers practice together

  • Builds a shared daily ritual

Option B – Video Practice

  • Ten-minute guided video

  • Use at home or in class

  • Supports self-paced practice

Outcome: Flexible, realistic options for sustaining self-regulation skills learned in the foundational class.
