Before you get started:
Evaluation Session & Drop Ins:
1.) Setup a free consultation to see what options is best for you. We have a short virtual meeting to discuss your next steps.
***If you are doing a drop in proceed to picking the drop class below.
2.) After you pick your program. Setup an evaluation session to go over your dream/goals, body mechanics, and review your history. I like to spend an hour before you get started in one of the programs to ensure the best results possible.
Strength Training Groups:
Rise & Rejuvenate:45 minute mini groups of 6 people max, strength training focused with EFT tapping, breathwork, warmup, & stretch/yoga. Mondays & Fridays 6 am & 7 am
Personal Training:
45 minute individual training, strength training focused with EFT tapping, breathwork, warmup, & stretch/yoga. Mondays & Fridays 6 am & 7 am
The Slow Down Session:
60 minute class ( Reset & Release Yoga)
Mondays at 7:30 to 8:30 PM
Online and in person
Breathe work, restorative stretches/yin yoga, mini coaching, reflection, community & dream support.
A gentle space to pause and realign to focus on your week.
We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and set clear intentions together.
A place to listen to God, align to your dreams, and take action steps.
Bring a journal, comfy clothes, and come as you are.

About Me
Hi, I’m Angela, and this home studio was born out of both necessity and love.
For years, I poured my energy into caring for my family, supporting communities, and helping others. Yet somewhere along the way, I realized so my women don’t prioritize themselves. It is My body was tired, my mind was racing, and I knew something had to shift.
That’s when mindful movement became more than exercise for me. Tt became a lifeline. Strength training gave me back my energy, stretching gave me ease, and mindset work gave me the calm and clarity I’d been missing. I started to feel like myself again, more grounded, more present, and yes, stronger than ever.
I created this space for mothers, grandmothers, and women because I know firsthand how much we carry. We are the glue, the nurturers, the ones who often put ourselves last. But here, you come first.
Why I Believe in Mindful Strength Training
Lifting weights isn’t just about muscles, it’s about carrying groceries without strain, keeping up with little ones, and feeling capable in your own skin. It’s about building a strength that supports every season of life.
Why Stretching Matters
When we pause to stretch, we create space physically and emotionally. We release tension, improve mobility, and invite ease into bodies that so often feel tight from stress or sitting too long.
Why Mindset is Everything
Exercise alone doesn’t change a life. But pairing movement with mindset, breathwork, contemplation, transformational tools and gratitude brings real life change. If you want big changes I am a believer in investing in yourself first. I am coached, continue my education in mindfulness, coaching, personal training, yoga and other educational trainings. Also, I myself am a life coach and I love going deep to work on real transformation. Your thoughts create your emotions, your feelings make you react or take action and that creates your external results. How you show up for yourself and those you love. That’s the real power of this practice! I sprinkle tools into training but if you want the real deal I suggest signing up for life coaching (I only take on 5 clients per year).
This isn’t a gym! It’s a safe, outside, all year round, supportive space where women can strengthen, stretch, and reset without judgment, without comparison. Just real women showing up for themselves!
Because when we rise stronger and calmer, everyone around us benefits.
